Guide to shareclub's Reusable Cup Rental at DCF
As part of our commitment to hosting a paper cup-free event, we are very excited to be teaming up with shareclub to provide free reusable cup rental for all attendees. We will set up a shareclub stall conveniently located near the festival entrance. This central hub will serve as the go-to spot for you to borrow and return reusable loan sharecups. Here's a quick and easy guide on how to make the most of this fantastic service:
Step 1: Download shareclub App
Before the festival kicks off, ensure you're prepared by downloading the shareclub app for free. This not only avoids any potential network issues but also ensures you’re all set to enjoy the Dublin Coffee Festival to the fullest. On the app, you will be asked to register with your payment method, but rest assured, you'll only be charged if the borrowed sharecups aren't returned before the deadline which is 4 March 2024 (Monday).
Step 2: Scan the QR Code
Upon arrival, head to the shareclub stall and open the app. The shareclub team members will handover a sharecup to you. Scan the QR code on it and show the app's confirmation screen to them.
Step 3: Sip and Enjoy!
Indulge in as much coffee or other delightful beverages as your heart desires at the festival. Convenient water stations will be set up around the venue for your ease.
Step 4: Return Without a Hassle
When it's time to bid adieu to the festival, return your sharecups at the shareclub stall and the crew will be there to assist you.
Forgot to return it at the festival? No worries! You can drop it off at shareclub’s HQ or their partnered cafes by 4 March (Monday)* latest. Please note that a €10 per cup fee will be charged through the app if your sharecups are not returned before the deadline.
**Make sure to check the opening hours of the shareclub’s HQ or partnered cafes to avoid disappointment
Join us in this sustainable journey at Dublin Coffee Festival! Let’s make a positive impact, one cup at a time. See you this March!
