Say goodbye to unnecessary printing – we're going digital for most of our programme displays. But it's not just about the visuals; it's about what's on your plate too! Our food traders are serving up delights on compostable plates and cutlery. And here's a fun fact: a part of our festival's power comes from eco-friendly bio-fuel, making it a truly green affair.
Recycling Stations and Our Superhero Green Team
Let's be recycling heroes, shall we? We've set up recycling stations throughout the venue to make it easy for everyone to do their part. From compostables to paper waste, plastics to tins and cans, we're on a mission to recycle and/or compost it all! Plus, we've teamed up with local environmental charity VOICE as our community partner to gather insights on reducing our festival wastes even better in the future. Make sure to check out their stands for some handy resources on waste reduction and sustainable practices at the festival!
What’s more? We've assembled a Green Team from our fantastic volunteers who will be rocking the festival and making sure our sustainability game is on point.
